Why are we here?

We are struggling in getting the product strategy in time, and stay aligned with it.

We can assist with setting up the first draft of the product strategy by conducting the necessary research, while reaching the deadlines and have everything in place for the next month/quarter. We will provide a periodically review as needed, and follow up on the strategy and align the needs accordingly.

We’re struggling with the product department operations

We don‘t have a product department, we don’t see the need for it.

It’s common with startups that the product department is not founded at the very beginning (although the founder or a key personnel is acting as a product manager throughout). We can be involved on a consultancy basis, offering services from C-level decisions to helping out the operational teams grow further within the industry.
